Sheryl
O'Donnell began her grant writing career at Home of the
Sparrow in 1996. She has raised nearly $8,000,000 in government and
private grants and awards for non-profit agencies. She served as
Development Director at WINGS Program, Inc. and currently is
Development Director at Home of the Sparrow in Crystal Lake,
managing the activities of a seven-member development team.

Art Petty, founder and principal of Strategy &
Management Innovations, LLC, is a marketing and sales leader,
strategist and team-builder with over twenty four years of
experience directing the growth, global expansion and rise to market
leadership of large and small organizations in a variety of
industries. Art is an experienced workshop leader/facilitator and in
addition to delivering customer and in-house programs in leadership,
marketing and strategy, he is a Leadership instructor at The Data
Warehouse Institute and a Management Instructor at DePaul
University's
Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and McHenry County College.
Art collaborated with Rich Petro on the 2007 book, Practical Lessons
in Leadership-A Guidebook for Aspiring and Experienced Leaders.

Richard Reece is the CEO and Founder of JNA
Consulting, a firm that since 1997 has been providing Affordable
Educational Solutions to corporations and non-profit organizations.
He consults nationwide with executives and provides training on
topics that include: Customer Service, Team Building, Training vs.
Education, Goal Setting and How To Hold More Productive Staff
Meetings.
Prior to this year, JNA Consulting was the first outside training
company in six (6) generations of family ownership to provide
"simple to understand" workshops for the White Castle restaurant
food chain. He has led organizations through team building,
strategic planning and generated critical solutions by mentoring
business leaders.
