Do you believe that EVERY DAY should be Earth Day? McHenry County Conservation District Site Stewards need your help! If you’re wild about natural areas and want to help make them even better, come to a restoration workday! Some of the things you'll assist MCCD Site Stewards with include: removing invasive brush and vegetation; stacking brush for burning; helping with site clean-up; planting and collecting the seed of native plants. Learn about habitat restoration and native plants, and meet people who share your interest in the environment. Training & equipment are provided by the Conservation District.
